  • With service providers (e.g., hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics, CRM) who process data on our behalf;
  • As required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety;

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop texts, reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • To stop calls, ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list or submit a request via our contact page.
  • We retain a record of your consent (the text shown, date/time, and IP address).

5. Cookies and Tracking
